Small SEEDs

Springfield Adventist Academy offers a  partnership program for young students aged 4-6 called Small Students Education Enrichment Days (Small SEEDs). Small SEEDs meets four afternoons per week, giving it a Mother’s-Day-Out format. These 2 hour drop-off classes feature small class sizes and hands-on learning. A volunteer option is available on a limited basis to parents who would prefer to stay and participate!

Complete online registration form for each student here:

Bring in the following forms for each student to principal:

     – Consent to Treat Form

     – Up-to-Date Immunization Record or waiver#

     – Media Release Form

     – Copy of a permission slip from the doctor for any prescribed medications

     – Show student’s Birth Certificate

Tuition

1 or 2 classes per week

All 4 classes per week

Payment for each week is due at the first class attended for that week.
