2026-2027 Grades offered: Kindergarten-8th grade

Steps to Registration:

  1. Fill out Application form

  2. Teacher or Principal will schedule a tour or interview if applicable

  3. Board approves application

  4. Registration forms sent out for accepted students

  5. Fill out Registration form

  6. Pay Registration fee

 

 

Please bring a copy of each of the following documents for each student to principal after Registration:

     – Consent to Treat Form

     – Up-to-Date Immunization Record or waiver

     – Media Release Form

     – Copy of a permission slip from the doctor for any prescribed medications

     – Show student’s Birth Certificate
